Our Causes

Selecting a cause to support is never easy, as there are so many worthy and deserving organizations. For Kula’s founder Khun Ja Wuttithamrong, she strongly believes in the power of education, and that education should be a right, not a privilege, for every child.

Last year, despite the shadow of the Covid pandemic, “A Night to Remember” Charity Concert and Silent Auction raised over 2.5 million baht for the Community Children Foundation, which helps fund education for over 40,000 underprivileged children around Thailand.

Staying true to our cause, we want to again support education this year and have selected the Bangkok Post Foundation and Hope Development Fund as our two beneficiaries.

For over 40 years, the Bangkok Post Foundation has been helping hundreds of noteworthy children complete their education, with no strings attached; only that they become contributing members of the community. That simple philosophy spoke to us.

Similarly, Father Joseph Maier has dedicated decades of his life to help the marginalized children and people of Klongtoey community and beyond; providing education, providing shelter, giving them hope. The year 2022 marked 50 years since the founding of Hope Development Foundation.

We don’t have enough words to express how much admiration we have for both foundations. We hope that our action speaks for itself, and that you will join us in helping them.
