Christian Hinckley is a talented chef with a passion for culinary adventure and a commitment to sustainable business practices. Since graduating in 2000 from the Dubrulle Hotel and Culinary Institute of Canada his career path has covered thousands of miles, undertaking challenges in the USA, Europe and several countries in Asia.
Christian, appointed Executive Chef of Park Hyatt Bangkok in October 2019, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this iconic property at the heart of the city. His eye for creativity, his desire to use local produce and his unwavering commitment to sustainability in every outlet at this iconic property is matched only by his desire to provide guests with personalized, enjoyable and memorable dining experiences.
His career has spanned key roles in award-winning restaurants in Seattle and Las Vegas, as well as executive chef and senior roles with the acclaimed Aman Resorts in Bhutan, Indonesia, Turkey and India and Sri Lanka.
