The beaver is bigger than the woman, who is taking a break from drawing to listen to the music. She sits under the shadow of the mushrooms, attentively listening to the guitar playing.

B Jang can also represent a figure of love, and love has so much influence over us. The beloved B Jang is bigger and more colorful.

And finally, sometimes love can strike us like lightning, or completely envelopes us like falling rain.

About the Artist

YUREE KENSAKU (b.1979) is a Bangkok-based multidisciplinary artist whose works are known for their electrifying colours, rich sense of humour, and candy coated cartoon characters with a dark twist. Wildly entertaining at first glance, Yuree’s works persistently present bold, critical commentary on society, as well as intimate introspection on her personal life as a female artist.

Yuree’s works has featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions both regionally and internationally including
